Are you a (soon-to-be) graduated MSc student? Are you ready to pursue your ambitions? Kickstart your
career and impact sustainable innovation? If you’re up for a challenge, this traineeship is for you.

During this 1.5-year traineeship, your professional and personal development are intertwined. You will
rotate every six months on three strategic projects at a fast-growing start-up and two corporates in
different industries, such as ABN AMRO, DSM, ABB and Gazelle. Projects are challenging and are at the
intersection of business, strategy and technology. In addition, you will follow a tailor-made personal
development programme (involving essential skills trainings and personal coaching).
